the legacy ... continues

In 1996, my parents bought a raw piece of land with the dream of building a farm.  Over the next 19 years, my father worked every day on fences, fields, animals, buildings, equipment, and all things whether large or small that were required of him on this farm.  That legacy that he built was passed the day he died unexpectedly in an automobile accident.  Life on a farm does not stop when tragedy strikes.  Animals still need fed, fences still need mended and life goes on.

This is where we come in.  My husband has talents that I absolutely had no idea he possessed when I married him.  His ability to pick up and carry all the burdens that my father carried has amazed me beyond belief.  In the blink of an eye, I went from the Farmer’s Daughter to the Farmer’s Wife.

Come along with us and watch as our family (both animal and human) grow and the legacy continues.
